Led by Doug Li, the Build Team at Avali Homes takes a collaborative, team-oriented approach to building your home. As the Project Manager, we coordinate the work of a large group of people working on different aspects of the build.

Doug became a general contractor to fulfill his passion and aptitude for all things construction. He worked his way from the shop floor of a world-class custom retail fixtures/millwork manufacturer to the owner’s office of a company that builds first-rate, beautifully crafted residential and commercial projects. Doug built his business entirely on trust and word of mouth. His reputation for quality craftsmanship and honest communication continues to precede him.
With Doug at the helm, clients know their properties are in good hands. From beginning to end, he pays meticulous attention to detail and guides clients through the experience of watching their vision come to life.
BUSINESS ADVISOR, INVESTOR, REALTOR
Kim discovered her business prowess in high school and went on to make a career out of her passion for helping enterprising owners/executives overcome challenges and reach their business/strategic goals, while also starting her own companies with partners and investors. Her interest in real estate investing led her to obtain her real estate license in 2006 and co-found Avali Homes in 2012. Kim has an uncanny knack for bridging the gap between where people are now and where they want to be.
Kim continues to serve an advisory role at Avali Homes. She specifically works on continuously improving business processes and increasing capacity. In addition, Kim works with clients to complete timely, fruitful real estate transactions before and/or after construction.
